Cedric and I managed to get through the stresses of the first week back at school thanks to the joys of Knitting and Jigsawing (if that's a word)

I must thank my friend Amber ( in pic) for teaching me how to purl today and helping me to distinguish between - garter stitch, moss stitch, stocking stitch and rib stitch.

A whole new world of knitting patterns lies ahead of me, although there's lots of practicing to be done first.
