Had a great night out in Hawick at the school's Christmas night out. Didn't stay out late, but still managed to get in lots of dancing which was top fun.

Last Friday I went to the Baptist Church's women's group. It was a chocolate fondue night (YUM) followed by some patchwork quilt making !!...all of which was actually fun. (pic is of wee gift we all got)

I was so inspired by domesticity that the next morning I got two books out of the library about 'Making things for your new baby' and have since started to knit a wee blanket thing. Hurray. Thanks must go to Anna Hinnigan for casting on for me, a skill I will have to aquire. Get granny on standby.
