Perudo and Bowties

Boxing Day in France, and I'm told we are soon to dine on a castrated cockerel they call a Chapon.

Before getting the ferry from Rosyth here on Saturday, Cedric and I spent the night in a hotel in Kinross with my mum and dad. The photos show us playing perudo and dad with his comedy bowtie.

We introduced the French to perudo, the game which Tim and Indi introduced us to (see a previous blog) and have been enjoying the relaxation of reading, knitting, playing the playstation and taking wee walks to the bar/cafe.
