Who ate all the pies?

Had lots of visits from old Uni friends this week;
Aileen came by last Sunday, on Friday night Dee and her boyfriend Chris came for tea and then yesterday Helen came through for her lunch and the afternoon. Most enjoyable to see everyone and catch up with them.
This is the last week of term - hurray and I am really looking forward to Friday when the end of school bell goes. I've quite a bit of work, tidying and general prep to do before then so it doesn't really feel like just 5 days away.
Cedric had an excellent day yesterday at Hampden watching the Scottish team beat Georgia, and he is nearly equally as happy to have only 5 days left of school till the hols.
Today's the 200th anniversary of the abolition of the trans atlantic slave trade in the British parliament - well done Wilberforce, Clarkson and the like.
Off to my lent study group tonight at the Bethune's which is really nice. We'll continue to discuss the ending of the slave trade in part due to Christian activists, and how Christians (and everyone)today can be behind more social justice movements.
