Contain the virus

Busy spending my days watching Jack Bauer and the rest of CTU trying to contain a deadly virus, while at the same time feeling guilty for being off my work with a bloody virus of my own. All sympathy gratefully received. Been to the doctor's twice now only to be told that paracetamol's my best chances of shaking this thing paracetamol?! Och well, remember that lenten wish to be less busy, well it's working out that I have to be. Guess it's a lesson in realising that the world's not going to collapse just because I'm not doing my usual things. Still it is difficult to not think about what I could or should be doing. Right, well enough of my self pity enjoy this picture of Cedric's dog Ouma and remember not to take things too seriously (unlike me just now)
