Back in 1947

Back in 1947 our present day Queen got hitched to Phillip, Al Capone died, Elton John was born and in a wee Borders town the 'Melrose Tennis Club' was founded.

Fast forward to the present day and the Melrose club is celebrating its 60th year (wonder if Sir Elton's as chuffed to be 60?) Here are some jolly good photos of the celebrations.
